We take from Tlalli, mother earth, the natural ingredients that bread needs.

All our breads are made with sourdough and in an artisanal way, we do not use colorings, artificial flavors or preservatives. Sourdough is a set of microorganisms that help slowly ferment gluten, making it more digestible for the human body. In this way, we return flavors and textures to the bread that have been lost through industrial production processes.

Sourdough is a natural ferment and is the oldest way of making bread. This fermentation process is slow and helps predigest gluten, resulting in unique flavors and textures.
